I’ve recently been on a huge Archer kick, which if you don’t know, is a show on FX. It’s about a spy named Archer. The last couple of seasons have had different themes, such as Archer Vice were all of the characters sell drugs, so its kind of hard to explain exactly what the show is.
Either way, the character Archer wrote a book. If you are a fan of the show, it’s easy to see how/why this would have happened. Archer is self-obsessed. But he is funny, and very good at his job. And both of those things come through in the book.
The book covers hand to hand combat, guns, drinks, Archer’s Triple-A Power Play (the A’s stand for Awesome), and style. It’s a funny book, but I do think it is funnier if you have some knowledge of the show. That being said, you should watch the show. It’s funny and almost too clever sometimes.
There honestly isn’t too much I can say about this book. It’s a comedy book, and it’s funny. It is a very quick read (I can get through the whole book in about three hours), but I think its well worth it for the laugh. And if you ever wanted to know a good handgun to store in your underwear.
